Grilled Lamb Chops with Caramelized Onions

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lb Lamb chops
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Adams Reserve Cacio e Pepe Bread Dipper
  • 1/3 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup Caramelized Onion Spread

Instructions

  1. Preheat a medium size pan to medium-high, add olive oil.
  2. Rub lamb chops with bread dipper.
  3. Pan sear lamb chops for approximately 3 minutes per side.
  4. Remove chops to a plate and keep warm. To same skillet, add cream and caramelized onions. Stir until creamy and top chops with mixture. Top with chopped green onions, if desired.
