Instructions

  1. Blend garlic and onion in a blender or food processor until a paste forms.
  2. Place ground lamb in a large bowl and add onion-garlic paste, cumin, allspice, black pepper, coriander, salt and parsley. Mix well.
  3. Form into 28 rounded meatballs.
  4. Place 2 meatballs on each skewer, flattening each meatball into an oblong shape. Slide another skewer into the meatballs to make them more secure.
  5. Chill 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat grill to medium-high.
  7. Grill skewered meatballs 5 minutes per side.
