Grilled Burgers

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Steak seasoning spice blend
  • 2 lb 93% lean ground beef
  • 4 Hamburger buns
  • 1 Iceberg lettuce, leaves separated
  • 2 Medium Roma tomatoes, sliced thin
  • 1 White onions, sliced thin

Instructions

  1. Combine steak seasoning and ground beef in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Portion seasoned ground beef into eight patties.
  3. Place patties on a foil lined baking sheet and cover with plastic wrap. Keep refrigerated until ready to grill and grill hamburger patties the same day.
  4. Heat charcoal or gas grill to 375°F.
  5. Grill seasoned hamburger patties 5 minutes per side or until juices run clear and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Place patties on hamburger buns and top with lettuce, tomato and onion.
