Unsaved Green Onion & Avocado Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Light Sour Cream
  • 4 Green onions, chopped
  • 8 oz Large avocado, cut into chunks
  • 1 Fresh garlic clove, peeled
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 12 Baked Corn Tostadas, broken into chips

Instructions

  1. Combine sour cream, green onions, avocado chunks and garlic in a food processor or blender and process to a smooth texture.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with tostada chips.
