Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 0.8 oz Fresh cut minced parsley
  • 2 Peeled garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup Fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 cup Jalapeños, seeds removed & roughly chopped, about 3 jalapeños
  • 2/3 cup Sunflower oil

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into blender except oil and blend until smooth then slowly add oil to form an emulsion.
  2. Season to taste and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld. Serve on grilled meats or veggies or as a dip.
