Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
- 0.8 oz Fresh cut minced parsley
- 2 Peeled garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup Fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1 cup Jalapeños, seeds removed & roughly chopped, about 3 jalapeños
- 2/3 cup Sunflower oil
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into blender except oil and blend until smooth then slowly add oil to form an emulsion.
- Season to taste and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld. Serve on grilled meats or veggies or as a dip.
