Green Harissa Chutney

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Shallot, roughly chopped
  • 5 Peeled Garlic Cloves, crushed or smashed
  • 1 Medium serrano pepper(s), stem removed
  • 2 Large jalapeño pepper, stem and seeds removed
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro, leaves tightly packed, approximately 1 bunch
  • 1 cup Curly leaf parsley, leaves tightly packed, approximately 1 bunch
  • 1/2 cup Fresh mint, leaves tightly packed
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Ground coriander
  • 1/4 cup Fresh lemons, juiced
  • 1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a food processor add everything except olive oil and blend until well minced.
  2. Remove mixture to an airtight container, whisk in olive oil, season to taste as needed with salt and pepper.
