Green Harissa Chutney

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Shallot, roughly chopped
- 5 Peeled Garlic Cloves, crushed or smashed
- 1 Medium serrano pepper(s), stem removed
- 2 Large jalapeño pepper, stem and seeds removed
- 1 cup Fresh cilantro, leaves tightly packed, approximately 1 bunch
- 1 cup Curly leaf parsley, leaves tightly packed, approximately 1 bunch
- 1/2 cup Fresh mint, leaves tightly packed
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Ground coriander
- 1/4 cup Fresh lemons, juiced
- 1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- In a food processor add everything except olive oil and blend until well minced.
- Remove mixture to an airtight container, whisk in olive oil, season to taste as needed with salt and pepper.
