Green Eggs & Ham Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 Pie crust
  • 1 cup 1% Milk
  • 8 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb H-E-B Select Ingredients Chopped Spinach, thawed & drained
  • 3 Low sodium ham slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Unroll pie dough into a 9-inch pan and press down firmly.
  3. Poke holes in the bottom crust with a fork.
  4. Place pie pan with uncooked dough on a baking sheet (to make it easier to handle).
  5. In a large bowl combine all ingredients; pour mixture into crust.
  6. Place baking sheet with filled crust in oven and bake 50 minutes or until quiche has set. Let rest 15 minutes before serving.
