Instructions
- Heat stockpot over medium-high heat for 3 minutes.
- Add oil, ground chicken, onions and garlic to stockpot.
- Cook for 5 minutes or until chicken is brown and crumbly.
- Add chicken broth, chilies, spinach, navy beans and cumin.
- Bring to boil then reduce heat to medium.
- Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
