Green Chili Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 Vegetable oil no stick cooking spray
- 12 oz Fully cooked grilled chicken breast
- 33 oz Green chili stew
- 10 oz White corn tortilla chips
- 2 cups Mild cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Mild pico de gallo
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Combine chicken, stew and chips in a large bowl.
- Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes or until casserole is hot and bubbly.
- Remove from oven. Let stand 5 minutes.
- Spoon sour cream and pico de gallo over casserole. Serve hot.
