Green Chili Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 Vegetable oil no stick cooking spray
  • 12 oz Fully cooked grilled chicken breast
  • 33 oz Green chili stew
  • 10 oz White corn tortilla chips
  • 2 cups Mild cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Mild pico de gallo

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
  3. Combine chicken, stew and chips in a large bowl.
  4. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes or until casserole is hot and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven. Let stand 5 minutes.
  7. Spoon sour cream and pico de gallo over casserole. Serve hot.
