Green Beans And Red Peppers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Fresh green beans, ends trimmed
  • 2 Red bell pepper, cored, seeded and sliced into thin strips
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Cook green beans, uncovered, in a small amount of boiling water 3 to 5 minutes or until crisp tender. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, stir red pepper in butter over medium heat until slightly tender.
  3. Add beans to peppers and sauté 3 minutes.
