Green Bean Hollandaise

Unsaved Green Bean Hollandaise

Ingredients

  • 16 oz French beans
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tsp All Purpose Dry Rub, or as needed to taste
  • 8.5 oz Hollandaise Sauce, 1 jar
  • 1 cup French Fried Onions, as needed for topping
  • 1 Porcelain Casserole Dish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  2. In a large bowl add green beans, olive oil, house rub and hollandaise. Toss well to coat.
  3. Transfer to an oven-safe 2 quart or 8 x 8 inch casserole dish and spread out evenly.
  4. Top casserole with French fried onions and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until green beans are nicely colored and sauce is bubbly.
  5. Remove from oven and toss green beans in pan juices to coat. Cool at least 10 minutes before serving. Season to taste as needed.
