Green Bean Hollandaise

Ingredients
- 16 oz French beans
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tsp All Purpose Dry Rub, or as needed to taste
- 8.5 oz Hollandaise Sauce, 1 jar
- 1 cup French Fried Onions, as needed for topping
- 1 Porcelain Casserole Dish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- In a large bowl add green beans, olive oil, house rub and hollandaise. Toss well to coat.
- Transfer to an oven-safe 2 quart or 8 x 8 inch casserole dish and spread out evenly.
- Top casserole with French fried onions and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until green beans are nicely colored and sauce is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and toss green beans in pan juices to coat. Cool at least 10 minutes before serving. Season to taste as needed.
