Good Gravy Gobbler

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Herb seasoned stuffing, prepared
  • 8 tbsp Turkey gravy, prepared
  • 8 tbsp Cranberry sauce
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 12 oz Bone-in turkey breast
  • 4 White French rolls
  • 4 Red lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine the cranberry sauce and the mayo together in a small bowl.
  2. Cut rolls in half and toast. Spoon the mayo on both sides of the bun.
  3. Gently heat the turkey, gravy and stuffing in the microwave.
  4. Layer the turkey on the bottom of the portion of the bun.
  5. Spoon a small amount of the cranberry mayo on top of the turkey.
  6. Top with the stuffing, then spoon over the gravy. Top with a piece of red leaf lettuce and the top portion of the bun.
