Gnocchi in White Truffle Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 Alfredo sauce
- 1/4 cup Grated pecorino romano cheese
- 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream
- 1 lb Potato gnocchi, prepared according to package instructions
- 1/4 tsp Truffle salt, to taste
Instructions
- Place alfredo sauce and cream in a stock pot over medium-high heat and bring to a simmer.
- Once simmering slowly add cheese and truffle salt, whisking constantly until completely melted into the sauce. Remove pot from heat.
- Add gnocchi to sauce and toss until well coated.
- Season with pepper as needed and serve.
