Unsaved Gnocchi in White Truffle Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Alfredo sauce
  • 1/4 cup Grated pecorino romano cheese
  • 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 lb Potato gnocchi, prepared according to package instructions
  • 1/4 tsp Truffle salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Place alfredo sauce and cream in a stock pot over medium-high heat and bring to a simmer.
  2. Once simmering slowly add cheese and truffle salt, whisking constantly until completely melted into the sauce. Remove pot from heat.
  3. Add gnocchi to sauce and toss until well coated.
  4. Season with pepper as needed and serve.
