Gingerbread Toffee Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 cups All purpose baking mix
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Ground cloves
  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • 1 cup Molasses
  • 1/2 cup Canola oil
  • 1 Large egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup Toffee bits

Instructions

  1. Combine baking mix, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine milk, molasses, oil, and egg. Mix well.
  3. Add wet to dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Fold in toffee chips.
  5. Bake waffles in preheated, non-stick or greased waffle iron.
