Gingerbread Toffee Waffles

Ingredients
- 2 cups All purpose baking mix
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp Ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp Ground cloves
- 1 cup Whole milk
- 1 cup Molasses
- 1/2 cup Canola oil
- 1 Large egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup Toffee bits
Instructions
- Combine baking mix, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine milk, molasses, oil, and egg. Mix well.
- Add wet to dry ingredients and mix well.
- Fold in toffee chips.
- Bake waffles in preheated, non-stick or greased waffle iron.
