Ginger Scallion Tofu Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb Extra firm tofu, cut into 1/2 inch cubes, patted dry
- 1 tbsp 5 spice seasoning
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 Medium red bell pepper, seeds removed, cut into thin strips
- 1 Stir fry vegetables
- 3/4 cup Ginger scallion sauce
Instructions
- Season tofu with Szechuan 5 spice seasoning. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add oil and tofu cubes.
- Stir occasionally until tofu is browned on each side, about 5 minutes. Add red bell peppers and stir-fry vegetables.
- Stir frequently for 2 minutes then add ginger scallion sauce. Stir to coat and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until broccoli is fork-tender. Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
