  • 1 lb Extra firm tofu, cut into 1/2 inch cubes, patted dry
  • 1 tbsp 5 spice seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 Medium red bell pepper, seeds removed, cut into thin strips
  • 1 Stir fry vegetables
  • 3/4 cup Ginger scallion sauce

Instructions

  1. Season tofu with Szechuan 5 spice seasoning. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add oil and tofu cubes.
  2. Stir occasionally until tofu is browned on each side, about 5 minutes. Add red bell peppers and stir-fry vegetables.
  3. Stir frequently for 2 minutes then add ginger scallion sauce. Stir to coat and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until broccoli is fork-tender. Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
