Instructions

  1. Preheat a medium skillet over medium-high heat and spray with nonstick spray.
  2. When pan is hot, add snap peas and bell peppers. Sauté 2 to 3 minutes until peas are bright green and bell pepper is slightly softened.
  3. Sprinkle bulgogi seasoning over vegetables and add Ginger Scallion Sauce. Toss to coat and cook 30 seconds to thicken sauce slightly. Serve immediately.
