Ghost Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 6 bar Nestlé® Carlos V® Milk Chocolate Style Bars, melted
  • 1/2 cup Nestlé® TOLL HOUSE® Baking Cocoa
  • 1 cup Nestlé® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
  • 1 bag Nestlé® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels for Decorations
  • 5 Large Eggs
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cups Pancake Flour
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 cups Whipped Cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Beat evaporated milk, eggs, oil, pancake flour, baking cocoa, melted Carlos V chocolate and sugar until completely mixed.
  2. Pour mixture into a cupcake pan with liners. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and let cool.
  3. Place whipped cream in a piping bag. Pipe to form an upward spiral to simulate the ghost and decorate with chocolate chips for eyes and mouth.
