General Tso's Stir Fry Jicama Wraps

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Canola oil
- 3/8 cup Green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 lb Chicken for stir fry
- 12.8 oz H-E-B General Tso Stir Fry Kit
- 1 Jicama tortillas
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add oil and chicken to pan. Sauté 1 minute.
- Dump vegetables from stir fry kit onto chopping board and roughly chop to smaller pieces.
- Add to pan and toss gently. Stir and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, depending on desired crispness of vegetables.
- Remove from heat and add sauce packet from stir fry kit and green onions. Stir to coat with sauce.
- Lay jicama tortillas out on a flat working surface.
- Working with one wrap at a time, add a spoonful cooked stir fry to the center of each tortilla.
- Roll and place on a serving plate, seam side down.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
