Unsaved General Tso's Stir Fry Jicama Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Canola oil
  • 3/8 cup Green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 lb Chicken for stir fry
  • 12.8 oz H-E-B General Tso Stir Fry Kit
  • 1 Jicama tortillas

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add oil and chicken to pan. Sauté 1 minute.
  2. Dump vegetables from stir fry kit onto chopping board and roughly chop to smaller pieces.
  3. Add to pan and toss gently. Stir and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, depending on desired crispness of vegetables.
  4. Remove from heat and add sauce packet from stir fry kit and green onions. Stir to coat with sauce.
  5. Lay jicama tortillas out on a flat working surface.
  6. Working with one wrap at a time, add a spoonful cooked stir fry to the center of each tortilla.
  7. Roll and place on a serving plate, seam side down.
  8. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  9. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
