Garlic, Tomato, Turkey & Cheese Wafflewich

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Garlic tomato pasta sauce
  • 8 slices Slices whole wheat bread
  • 3/4 lb Oven roasted turkey breast, sliced thin
  • 4 Thin slices Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat waffle iron.
  2. Spread garlic, tomato & chilli sauce over four slices of bread. Top each with turkey, a slice of cheese, and remaining bread.
  3. Spread butter over both sides of each sandwich. Cook in waffle iron until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes.
