Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb Russet baking potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 oz Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese Spread
  • 1 tbsp Unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes and garlic in boiling water in a large saucepan for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain well.
  2. Mash potatoes until smooth.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
