Garlic & Fresh Horseradish Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Fresh horseradish, skin peeled and root grated or shredded finely, plus more as needed for spice
- 1 cup Black pepper ketchup, or regular ketchup
- 1/4 cup Coarse grain mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, plus more as needed to taste
- 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Fresh garlic, minced fine or zested
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine. Season to taste, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Chef's Note: Use sauce for cocktail shrimp, oysters or with any poached seafood. Cocktail sauce will keep up to 5 days in fridge.
