Unsaved Garlic & Fresh Horseradish Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Fresh horseradish, skin peeled and root grated or shredded finely, plus more as needed for spice
  • 1 cup Black pepper ketchup, or regular ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Coarse grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, plus more as needed to taste
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Fresh garlic, minced fine or zested

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine. Season to taste, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  2. Chef's Note: Use sauce for cocktail shrimp, oysters or with any poached seafood. Cocktail sauce will keep up to 5 days in fridge.
