Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces and seasoned with salt & pepper, if desired
- 2 Peeled garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 Medium yellow bell pepper(s), sliced
- 1 cup Broccoli florets
- 1 Knorr Rice Sides Creamy Chicken Flavor
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp Fresh basil, chopped & divided
Instructions
- Heat oil in large non-stick skillet over medium-high and cook chicken, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked, about 4 minutes. Add garlic during last 30 seconds of cook time. Set aside.
- Cook yellow peppers, broccoli, and Knorr Rice Sides in same skillet according to package directions.
- Stir in chicken, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and 2 tablespoons basil.
- Top with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and 1 tablespoon basil.
