Unsaved Garden Market Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces and seasoned with salt & pepper, if desired
  • 2 Peeled garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 Medium yellow bell pepper(s), sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 Knorr Rice Sides Creamy Chicken Flavor
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp Fresh basil, chopped & divided

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in large non-stick skillet over medium-high and cook chicken, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked, about 4 minutes. Add garlic during last 30 seconds of cook time. Set aside.
  2. Cook yellow peppers, broccoli, and Knorr Rice Sides in same skillet according to package directions.
  3. Stir in chicken, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and 2 tablespoons basil.
  4. Top with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and 1 tablespoon basil.
