Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mixed greens
  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • 1 Medium avocado, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Red onions, thin sliced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon(s), juiced
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Medium tomato, cut in half and then sliced
  • 4 Wheat hot dog buns
  • 4 Plant-based hot dogs, prepared according to package directions

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine mixed greens, cucumber, avocado and red onion with lemon juice and olive oil. Set aside.
  2. Open buns, layer in a couple sliced tomatoes and prepared hot dog.
  3. Top with a generous amount of garden salad.
