Ingredients
- 1 H-E-B Ciabatta Loaf
- 1/2 cup H-E-B Mayo Real Mayonnaise Squeeze Bottle
- 1 Lime(s), juiced
- 2 Large avocado, sliced
- 1/2 lb H-E-B Natural Sliced Muenster
- 8 oz H-E-B Salsa Mild
- 12 oz Cooked Ham
- 4 Romaine lettuce
Instructions
- Slice bread horizontally in half. Spread 1/2 cup mayonnaise on inside of bread halves.
- Place lime juice in a small bowl. Slice avocados and dip into lime juice and drain.
- Arrange avocado slices on one bread half.
- Layer thin cheese slices over avocado slices and cold cuts slices over cheese.
- Evenly spread salsa over cold cuts and lettuce over salsa. Top the sandwich with remaining bread.
- Cut sandwich in half. Insert extra long toothpicks every 2 inches on both sandwich halves to secure sandwich.
- Slice each half into 8 smaller sandwiches and arrange sandwiches on a large plate or platter.
