Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Red onions, very finely diced
- 2 tsp Fresh orange zest, very finely zested
- 1 Medium serrano pepper, stemmed, seeded and finely chopped
- 10 oz Diced Tomatoes With Green Chiles, drained of excess juice
- 3 Large avocado
- 1 tbsp Lime juice, juice
- 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, leaves only, finely chopped
Instructions
- Peel and coarsely mash avocados. Add remaining ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
