Ingredients

  • 1 lb Frozen Baby Potatoes Olive Oil and Sea Salt, prepared according to package directions
  • 1/2 cup Regular Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk
  • 2 slices Fully cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Green onion, chopped
  • 4 tbsp Salted butter
  • 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Place potatoes in a large bowl and mash with a potato masher.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve hot!
