Ingredients
- 1 lb Frozen Baby Potatoes Olive Oil and Sea Salt, prepared according to package directions
- 1/2 cup Regular Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Whole Milk
- 2 slices Fully cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup Green onion, chopped
- 4 tbsp Salted butter
- 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Place potatoes in a large bowl and mash with a potato masher.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve hot!
