Fried Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 3 Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 Garlic clove, peeled
  • 1 Serrano chile, cut in half
  • 1 tablet Consomate Tomato and Chicken Flavor Concentrate Tablets
  • 7/8 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1/4 cup Water

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add tomatoes, garlic, chile, Consomate Concentrate, and cumin and fry for 3 minutes. Transfer to a blender, add water, and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve with tacos or any recipe that calls for tomato sauce.
