Unsaved Fresh Tortellini Soup

Ingredients

  • 9 oz Cheese tortellini
  • 42 oz Chicken broth
  • 12 oz Fire roasted red peppers, slice into thin strips
  • 3/4 cup Frozen green peas
  • 3/4 cup Baby spinach
  • 1/2 tbsp Pesto sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain.
  2. In a separate pot bring chicken broth to a boil.
  3. Add tortellini, peppers and peas.
  4. Reduce heat to a simmer and add baby spinach.
  5. Stir in pesto just before serving.
