Fresh Strawberry Empanadas

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Fresh strawberries, diced
- 2 tbsp Agave nectar, divided use
- 8 oz Crescent rolls
- 1 tbsp Sparkling sugar sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix together cream cheese, strawberries and 1 tablespoon nectar.
- Unroll dough and place about 1 teaspoon of strawberry mixture onto each one.
- Fold over dough and crimp edges with a fork.
- While cooling, brush with nectar and sprinkle with sugar.
- Place onto foil-wrapped baking sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
