Fresh Jalapeño Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 cup White onion, roughly chopped
- 2 Medium Heirloom tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 1 cup Fresh cilantro, roughly chopped, approximately 1 bunch
- 3 Garlic clove, smashed or crushed
- 2 Large fresh jalapeño peppers, stems removed
- 1/4 cup Distilled white vinegar
- 1/4 cup Limes, fresh juice
- 1/4 cup Water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and run on high speed until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and place in a covered dish to let set up for at least 30 minutes.
- Chef's Note: After 30 minutes in the refrigerator salsa might separate a little, simply shake before serving, use on anything.
