Fresh Jalapeño Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup White onion, roughly chopped
  • 2 Medium Heirloom tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro, roughly chopped, approximately 1 bunch
  • 3 Garlic clove, smashed or crushed
  • 2 Large fresh jalapeño peppers, stems removed
  • 1/4 cup Distilled white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Limes, fresh juice
  • 1/4 cup Water

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and run on high speed until smooth.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste and place in a covered dish to let set up for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Chef's Note: After 30 minutes in the refrigerator salsa might separate a little, simply shake before serving, use on anything.
