Flatout Peanut Butter & Jelly Fruit Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 Medium banana(s), cut into 3 strips lengthwise
  • 1/3 cup Orange Juice
  • 5 tbsp Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 5 Flatbread, plain
  • 5 tbsp Strawberry Spread
  • 5 Fresh strawberries, each cut into 4 slices
  • 1 cup Muesli Cereal

Instructions

  1. Combine slices of banana and orange juice in a pie dish; coat all sides of banana slices with the juice, drain and set aside. (The juice will keep the banana from browning.)
  2. Evenly spread the peanut butter over each flatbread.
  3. On the bottom end of each flatbread, spread the jelly from side to side.
  4. Layer the banana, strawberry slices and cereal over the jelly on each.
  5. Roll each filled flatbread tight, starting at the lower end containing the fruit and cereal layers.
  6. Cut the wrap in half diagonally or into 1-inch pinwheels for appetizers.
