Flatout Peanut Butter & Jelly Fruit Wrap

Ingredients
- 1 Medium banana(s), cut into 3 strips lengthwise
- 1/3 cup Orange Juice
- 5 tbsp Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 5 Flatbread, plain
- 5 tbsp Strawberry Spread
- 5 Fresh strawberries, each cut into 4 slices
- 1 cup Muesli Cereal
Instructions
- Combine slices of banana and orange juice in a pie dish; coat all sides of banana slices with the juice, drain and set aside. (The juice will keep the banana from browning.)
- Evenly spread the peanut butter over each flatbread.
- On the bottom end of each flatbread, spread the jelly from side to side.
- Layer the banana, strawberry slices and cereal over the jelly on each.
- Roll each filled flatbread tight, starting at the lower end containing the fruit and cereal layers.
- Cut the wrap in half diagonally or into 1-inch pinwheels for appetizers.
