Fiesta Time Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 9 oz Asparagus, drained
  • 4 oz Diced pimientos, drained
  • 1/4 cup Italian vinaigrette
  • 2 tbsp Deli shredded Parmesan cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Arrange drained asparagus in center of a serving platter.
  2. Sprinkle diced pimientos across the middle of the asparagus spears.
  3. Pour vinaigrette salad dressing over asparagus and pimientos and top asparagus with shredded Parmesan cheese.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 15-30 minutes before serving.
