Ingredients

  • 8 oz Upton Naturals Fava Bean Taco Crumbles
  • 1 Chili seasoning packet
  • 15.5 oz Low sodium black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 15.5 oz Low sodium kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 15 oz Tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 Tablespoon of oil in a medium pot over medium-high heat. Add all the beans and taco crumbles. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add chili seasoning packet, 1 cup water, and tomato sauce and stir to combine. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Serve topped with shredded cheese, jalapeños, or diced onion if desired.
