Fajita Quesadilla

Ingredients

  • 1 Large keto friendly tortilla
  • 3/4 cup Plant-based steak tips
  • 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp Pickled jalapeño slices

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add steak pieces and cook for 1 minute until hot and starting to sear on the outside. Remove to a plate.
  2. Spray same skillet with non-stick spray. Add tortilla, sprinkle cheese on top, and spread steak pieces over the cheese. Top with jalapeños.
  3. When cheese is melted, carefully fold tortilla in half and gently press to seal the two sides together. Remove from pan, cut into wedges, and enjoy.
