  • 8 oz Lo mein noodles
  • 1 lb Seasoned boneless skinless chicken breasts for fajitas, value pack, sliced thin across the grain

Instructions

  1. Cook Chinese noodles according to package directions, drain well and place in large serving platter.
  2. Heat a large skillet over high heat for 3 minutes.
  3. Add chicken fajita strips, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Add onion, bell pepper and green beans; stir-fry for 4 minutes.
  5. Add baby corn and stir fry for 1 minute.
  6. Remove from heat and serve over prepared noodles.
