Unsaved Fajita Chicken Breast And Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Canned baby corn, drained
  • 1 Red bell pepper, cored, seeded and sliced thin
  • 10 oz French cut green beans, thawed
  • 8 oz Lo mein noodles
  • 1 lb Seasoned boneless skinless chicken breasts for fajitas, value pack, sliced thin across the grain
  • 1/2 cup Yellow onions, julienned

Instructions

  1. Cook Chinese noodles according to package directions, drain well and place in large serving platter.
  2. Heat a large skillet over high heat for 3 minutes.
  3. Add chicken fajita strips, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Add onion, bell pepper and green beans; stir-fry for 4 minutes.
  5. Add baby corn and stir fry for 1 minute.
  6. Remove from heat and serve over prepared noodles.
