Ingredients

  • 2 cups Frozen shelled edamame, cooked according package directions
  • 1/4 cup Rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Cucumbers, peeled and sliced
  • 2 Green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 Spicy red pepper flavored roasted seaweed

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss to mix. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
