Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Low Fat Cultured 1% Milkfat Buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup Light Sour Cream
  • 1 Fresh garlic clove
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp Green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Combine buttermilk, sour cream, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, green onion and cayenne pepper in blender or food processor bowl.
  2. Process dressing for 30 seconds to a chunky texture.
  3. Use 2 tablespoons of dressing per serving.
