Easy Shrimp Gumbo

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Large white onion(s), Chopped
- 10 oz Diced tomatoes and green chiles
- 2 Ears of fresh sweet corn, cut into 1 inch slices
- 16 oz Frozen Whole Okra
- 1 lb Raw large shrimp, peeled, deveined and tail off
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large soup pot to medium-high heat.
- Add onions and cook until golden brown (about 3 minutes).
- Add tomatoes, corn, okra and a cup of water.
- Reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add shrimp and cook an additional 2 minutes until shrimp is pink and tender.
- Serve Immediately.
