Easy Seafood Bisque

Ingredients

  • 1 Tomato basil soup
  • 1/2 lb Raw peeled and deveined tail-off large Gulf shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 6.5 oz Crab meat
  • 1/2 cup Crumbled feta
  • 2 tsp Dried basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Bring soup to a boil in a large saucepan (3-quarts or larger) over medium heat.
  2. Add shrimp; simmer two minutes.
  3. Stir in crabmeat, feta and 1 teaspoon dried basil. Stir until heated thoroughly and then remove from heat.
  4. Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with remaining basil.
