Easy Sausage Dressing

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Ground Pork 90% Lean
  • 4 cups Herb Seasoned Stuffing
  • 4 tbsp Salted butter
  • 1 Small red delicious apple, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Pecan pieces

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook sausage in a large skillet 6-8 minutes or until no longer pink; crumble with a spoon during cooking. Place on paper towels to drain.
  3. Prepare stuffing with hot water and melted butter according to package directions.
  4. Stir in cooked sausage, apple and nuts.
  5. Place stuffing in a large baking dish.
  6. Heat 30 minutes or until lightly browned and crusty on top.
