- 1/4 cup Red wine
- 1/2 tbsp Extra Light Tasting Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 Fresh garlic clove(s)
- 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/3 cup Water
- 8 oz H-E-B Tough & Easy Container
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or small food processor and process until garlic is fine chopped (about 30 seconds).
- Place the dressing in the Tough & Easy container, seal and refrigerate until ready to use.
