Easy Pork Fried Rice

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Chopped Ham, diced into 1/4 inch cubes
  • 10 oz Frozen Fried Rice
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Green onion, sliced thinly, green tops only
  • 1 Large eggs, beaten well

Instructions

  1. Heat a medium sauté pan on medium. Spray with non-stick spray and add luncheon loaf. Cook until most pieces are browned and crisp, 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Add fried rice and cook, stirring frequently, for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in soy sauce and and green onions.
  3. Turn down heat to medium. Push rice to edges of pan to make a clear spot in the middle, pour in beaten egg and stir to scramble. When egg is almost fully cooked, stir into rice to combine. Serve immediately.
