Easy Poached Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 2 Fresh lemons, juiced
  • 1 Large navel orange, juiced
  • 1 cup White wine

Instructions

  1. Season salmon with salt and pepper, then set aside.
  2. Pour lemon and orange juice into a medium saucepan, then add wine and 1 cup water and bring to boil.
  3. Place a large skillet over medium heat, then add enough hot juice to measure about an inch deep; add salmon fillets, and bring to light simmer; cover and cook 7-10 minutes until desired degree of doneness.
