Easy Pepper Steak

Ingredients
- 1 Brown gravy mix
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Less sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 lb Beef flank steak, sliced thinly & diagonally
- 1 Medium white onion, cut in thin strips
- 1 Green bell pepper, cut in thin strips
- 1 Red bell pepper, cored, seeded and cut in thin strips
Instructions
- Combine gravy mix, water and soy sauce. Set aside.
- Heat oil in large skillet. Sauté meat 8 to 10 minutes or until brown.
- Stir in gravy mixture, bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.
- Add onion and bell peppers. Simmer 10 minutes.
