Easy Pepper Steak

Unsaved Easy Pepper Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 Brown gravy mix
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Less sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 lb Beef flank steak, sliced thinly & diagonally
  • 1 Medium white onion, cut in thin strips
  • 1 Green bell pepper, cut in thin strips
  • 1 Red bell pepper, cored, seeded and cut in thin strips

Instructions

  1. Combine gravy mix, water and soy sauce. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet. Sauté meat 8 to 10 minutes or until brown.
  3. Stir in gravy mixture, bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.
  4. Add onion and bell peppers. Simmer 10 minutes.
