Ingredients

  • 10 oz Classic romaine lettuce blend
  • 4 oz English Peas
  • 4 oz Caesar Croutons
  • 1/4 cup Creamy Garlic Caesar Dressing
  • 2 oz Shaved Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Add lettuce and peas to a large salad bowl. Add dressing and toss gently.
  2. Top with croutons and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Chef's note: Add freshly ground black pepper if desired. Great side salad for 4 or make a quick, satisfying dinner for 2 by adding grilled chicken.
