Easy One Pan Chicken Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Frozen corn poblano & rice
  • 12 oz Queso blanco
  • 10.5 oz Frozen broccoli florets
  • 8 oz Rotisserie chicken
  • 3.5 oz Tri color tortilla strips
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Lightly spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In baking dish mix together rice, queso, broccoli and chicken. Top with tortilla strips and cheese.
  3. Bake 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve and enjoy!
