Easy No-Bake Pumpkin Spice Dessert

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Sugar Free Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
  • 2 cups Fat Free Milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice, divided use
  • 1 cup Pumpkin, canned
  • 8 oz No calorie sweetener packets, divided use
  • 1/2 cup Walden Farms Caramel Syrup

Instructions

  1. Whisk pudding mixes, milk, and 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl until blended. Add pumpkin, mix well then stir in 1-1/2 cups Cool Whip.
  2. Spoon into eight small dessert dishes, adding about 1/2 cup pudding mixture to each dish. Drizzle with caramel topping.
  3. Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with remaining pumpkin pie spice. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
