Easy Mini Pumpkin Jack-O-Lantern Pies

Ingredients

  • 1 Large egg
  • 1 cup Pure canned pumpkin
  • 0.7 oz Nestlé La Lechera Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 17.3 oz Puff pastry sheets
  • 1/4 cup Semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Whisk together egg, pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, and pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl.
  3. Unroll pastry sheets on a floured surface. Using a 3-inch pumpkin-shaped or round cookie cutter, cut out 24 pumpkins from pastry. Press pumpkins into a mini muffin tin.
  4. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of pumpkin filling into each pastry cutout.
  5. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes or until filling is set. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack.
  6. Decorate mini pumpkin pies with chocolate chips to create jack-o-lanterns.
