Easy Mexican Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Canola oil
- 1 1/2 cups Instant rice
- 1 cup Medium salsa
- 1 1/2 cups Low sodium chicken broth
Instructions
- Heat a heavy skillet over high heat for 2 minutes.
- Add oil and rice. Stir-fry the rice for 1 minute or until golden.
- Add salsa and chicken broth to fried rice and bring rice mixture to a boil.
- Cover rice, reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes or until rice is fluffy.
