Ingredients

  • 1 lb Easy melt cheese
  • 1 cup Chunky hot salsa

Instructions

  1. Placed cubed cheese and salsa in a large microwave-safe bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Loosely cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high power for 3 minutes.
  3. Stir, cover and microwave on high power for 3 more minutes.
  4. Stir and serve hot with your favorite chips or vegetable dippers.
